How to Cancel a Subscription on iPhone or iPad

If you have an active subscription to LumoClean Pro, you can cancel it directly from your iPhone or iPad settings:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your Apple ID name at the top of the screen
  3. Select Subscriptions from the menu
  4. Find LumoClean in your list of subscriptions and tap on it
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial, if applicable)
  6. Confirm the cancellation when prompted

Important: After canceling, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until then.
